Preparation
- Mix Quark, eggs, and a pinch of salt in a bowl until smooth.
- Add sugar or honey to taste and mix again.
- Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Pour in portions of the batter to form small pancakes.
- Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and serve warm.
