Ingredients
  

Batter
  • 250 g Quark fresh
  • 3 pieces Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • to taste Sugar or honey for sweetness
  • as needed ml Oil for frying

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix Quark, eggs, and a pinch of salt in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Add sugar or honey to taste and mix again.
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Pour in portions of the batter to form small pancakes.
  4. Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the pan and serve warm.
