  • 4 medium Tomatoes ripe and aromatic
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 2-3 pieces Chilis fresh, chopped (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro or parsley roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash the fresh tomatoes thoroughly and cut them into small cubes.
  2. Peel and finely chop the onion.
  3. Chop fresh chilis according to desired spiciness.
  4. Roughly chop fresh cilantro or parsley and add it to the mixture.
  5. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let the salsa sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
